We're a family-run company, and all of our products are created to order using the highest quality materials and construction. Because of this made-to-order process, it may take us up to ten days to produce and ship your order, in addition to the shipping time of the method you choose. Even though our process takes a little longer, we think it's worth the wait. And we hope you'll agree.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped to me?

Remember that we create each product to order. This production process
takes 5-10 business days, depending on engraving and other options, so
add this production time to the time of the shipping method you select.
Q: Where will the engraving appear on my product?
A: For almost all products, the engraving will appear near the bottom-right corner. For the few products that have a wraparound cover on the right side (for example, bound journals), the engraving will appear near the bottom left.
Q: Can my item be engraved in another location?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot engrave items in any other location unless we do a custom engraving setup, which costs $90. To set up a custom engraving, please contact us before placing your order.
Q: What will my engraving look like?
A: The engraving is done with a state-of-the-art laser machine, which burns or engraves into the text into the leather. There is no color added to the engraving, though the text may appear slightly darker than the surrounding leather. For this reason we do not recommend engraving on black leather, since the engraving does not stand out. All other leather colors allow the engraving to show up well, and the lighter the leather, the better the engraving will contrast.
We use 18-point Garamond font, and it is usually about 1/4 inch in height. The font size will be reduced on small items or when the appearance requires it.

Q: What color will my engraving be?
A: Our products are laser engraved. Text will be burned into the leather, and there is no color added to the engraving, so text will simply appear slightly darker than the leather it is engraved on. Therefore, engraving on black leather will not show up well and is not recommended.
Q: Can you engrave a custom logo or graphic on my item?
Yes. We can set up a custom engraving for $90. We need a high-quality black-and-white image that you submit electronically. After paying the setup fee, we'll keep the image on file so you can engrave any item in the future for just $2.00 per item. Please contact us before ordering a custom item.
